A Bespoke EPOS System we Implemented
Below is the flow chart of the online EPOS system we finished bespoking for
a client in September 2006. Full project management and onsite implementation
support was provided along with training of all the users of the (ASP) online
EPOS system. The EPOS application is hosted by us and the MD of the client
company
can now
check
his actual sales turnover and live stock status reports from the beach!
The implemented EPOS system saves a heap of sales order processing time and
also management time now that reports are instantly available. At the present
rate of progress the project will have a payback time of less than six months,
from that point of view the decision to implement the EPOS system was a 'no
brainer'. The EPOS system incorporates all the functionality you would expect,
sales processing, customer management, product management, porting and user
administration as per the below flow diagram. The EPOS system also stores stock
levels and suggest product lines that should be replenished.
